Enjoy a truly ‘hands on’ introduction to chocolate making with the emphasis on fun! Through easy to follow demonstrations and practical skill-learning, each delegate will produce between 30-50 hand crafted Belgian truffles from ingredients. Team members are normally divided into pairs and work in a group environment, which encourages bonding skills and cements working relationships.
